I have allowed myself to fall into somewhat of a rut of late and it is now affecting all elements of my life...my energy levels, my weight, my attitude, my mood and my motivation. 

I know it's time for a change, and I am hoping that this blog will help re-energise me to get back on track.

As I have found, it's alot easier said than done so I am am setting myself a challenge for the week...

1. Exercise for 30 minutes at least 3 times this week
2. Start reading a new book
3. Eat my 5 a day everyday
4. Cook a delicious, healthy meal from scratch
5. Take a photo that captures a moment
6. Start writing my Christmas lists!
7. Clean my make-up brushes
