Made an absolutely delicious, low fat and very filling Chilli, served with Cajun potato wedges from scratch and enjoyed every morsel - guilt free!
Saw a great idea for a veggie version which used shredded carrot to bulk it out, and, not being a vegetarian I have adapted this idea into my meat version. It worked surprising well, it was definitely filling and to be honest I could't taste the carrot at all!
